Our Mission: age·less

At Living Forward Wellness, we understand that health and wellness is a journey — not a destination.

Our mission is simple! We want to help women in their 40s and beyond reclaim their health and age vibrantly, so they can live the life they love now and for a long time to come.

Together, let’s redefine what it means to thrive at every stage of life!

My Story

My story is rooted in a simple but profound idea: nutrition is so much more than "calories in - calories out" or what you eat —it’s the foundation for your energy, your mood, and your future life.

For nearly two decades, I’ve been on my own wellness journey, learning firsthand how to navigate the challenges of staying healthy as life evolves. Like so many of you, I’ve faced seasons where stress, shifting priorities, and the natural changes of aging made it harder to feel my best. Those experiences taught me that vibrant health isn’t about chasing perfection—it’s about finding what works for you, honoring your body, and making choices that fit your life, not someone else’s plan.

That’s why I started Living Forward Wellness — to share what I’ve learned and help others unlock the same freedom and confidence in their health. My passion is working with women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who want to age vibrantly, reduce their risk of chronic disease, and live the life they love. From restoring gut health and balancing hormones to managing chronic conditions and boosting energy, I take a personalized, root-cause approach to support your unique needs.

Whether through one-on-one coaching, group programs, cooking demonstrations, or pantry makeovers, my goal is to make the process practical, enjoyable, and tailored to you! Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your lifestyle and empowers you to feel great in your body—not just for today but for years to come.

Our story is your story—a journey to reclaim your health, feel confident in your body, and enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to create. Because when you invest in yourself, you’re investing in a future filled with vitality, purpose, and joy.

This is where your journey starts, and I’m honored to be part of it. Welcome to Living Forward Wellness—where we redefine nutrition to meet you where you are , and your health is our priority.

My Credentials - MS, CHC, CNS, LDN

Over 20 years of education and experience.

Rooted in Science.

With a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health from an accredited institution, my education spans advanced food and nutrition science, clinical nutrition, biochemistry, pathophysiology, and medical nutrition therapy.

Why choose a CNS, LDN?

To achieve the CNS credential, I had to complete over 1,000 hours of supervised clinical practice. I then had to pass a nationally accredited certification examination, administered by the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists (BCNS). To maintain my credential I am required to complete a minimum number of continuing education hours each recertification period.

As an LDN, I am required to meet state licensing requirements that mandate continuous learning and adherence to the highest standards of ethical nutritional practice. Choosing an CNS, LDN credentialed practitioner ensures, an advanced degree, along with extensive, science-based training and board oversight.

Why having a CHC in your corner matters?

My training as a Certified Health Coach enhances my ability to support clients through more personalized, whole-person health strategies. This certification equips me with the tools to guide clients towards sustainable health behaviors, focusing on areas like dietary changes, stress management, and the development of a balanced lifestyle.

An integrated approach for the best outcomes!

Together, these credentials are the foundation for a practice that is deeply rooted in scientific evidence while also attuned to the holistic aspects of health that impact well-being. My approach is integrative, combining rigorous scientific nutrition training with functional and integrative practices, and lifestyle-focused coaching to support your journey towards optimal health.
