Living Forward Wellness was established in 2014 by Tina Hinchman, Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN), Certified Health Coach, and kitchen maven.   

A functional and integrative nutrition approach

Living Forward Wellness takes a functional and integrative nutrition approach. This is a holistic approach to diet that takes into consideration lifestyle factors that could affect food choices, such as activity levels, environment, or the presence of chronic disease.

Balanced

Health and wellness is more than the food we eat or how much we exercise. The Living Forward Wellness approach focuses on the importance of healthy relationships, gratifying work, and inner peace, as well as nutrition and physical activity.  It is through a balanced approach that we help our clients achieve the “healthier ever after” they desire.

Realistic

Our goal at Living Forward Wellness is to help our clients achieve lasting success that is sustainable for the long-term.  To do this, the process and plan need to be realistic and enjoyable.  Following our model,  together we will create and help you implement a plan full of food and routines that you enjoy, creating a life you love to live!

We are all uniquely different in our age, genetic make-up, existing health status, personality, lifestyle, dietary preferences, goals, and so on.  Bio-individuality, with a focus on the five pillars of health and wellness, is the foundation of our practice.
